I’m Theresa, and nutrition coaching is my jam! I profoundly care about my clients and their food stories. I get curious about “what’s going on in there,” and nutrition is just one of the keys to sustainable changes. Together we assess and track what may be a root cause. 

This “whole body + whole food” approach was created to help clients find choices, even when it feels everything is out of control.

Freestyle

This is a great solution for those who want to lose weight and be healthy, but are too busy, too tired, and too anything else to put themselves into one more thing to manage.

We’ll start slow, and co-create some easy-to-you steps, work at reducing stress, improve sleep, build supportive resources, and give you the time to schedule you back into your busy life.

 

 

Metabolic Balance

You’re ready for the whole-enchilada. This whole-food program is created from your blood values, medical history, goals and food aversions. Explore the plans, or we can design your own based on the amount of coaching and support you want.

I highly suggest this program for clients who are ready to improve health or lose weight with a structured whole-food + whole body approach that includes expert support.

If you don’t have time to meet, shoot me a quick “hello” and ask away. I not only coach these plans, but have first-hand experience (as well as an awesome set of coaching and nutrition certificates that hang on my wall if that is important to you). I’m happy to share my experience.

I’ll be honest with you, too. If this isn’t a good fit for where you are in your life, I’ll support you in your choices. I can also, if you wish, offer options toward what may be a better fit.

 

 

How does metabolic balance work?

After we draw your bloodwork, I send those results, along with your medical history, food preferences & aversions, allergies and intolerances to our team. After review, your plan is created, and you’ll start your coaching session to learn about your unique plan, how to move through the 4 phases, the 8 rules, habit change, and more!

Can I do this with a friend or spouse?

Yes! We can set up group coaching for you after a few one-on-one sessions at the very beginning. There is a couple / friend discount, too!

It is very important that each person must have their own plan. Shared plans may cause nutrient deficiency.

CAN I DO THIS WITHOUT COACHING?

My nutritional plans are not available without coaching support. If you feel you need less support, we can work together to create a plan that has minimal support. At least 5 sessions are needed to collect information, relay results, and explain how to do the program.

WHY ARE THERE NO SNACKS?

Your body needs time and rest for digestion. Snacks disrupt this metabolic process and lead to cravings. I recommend having a five hour break between meals while you are on this plan.

can i switch my plan?

Absolutely! If you want to try a different nutrition approach, we’ll apply the remainder of your plan to the new one.

If you are ill, or need to take an extended break, we can pause your Metabolic Balance plan for up to 3 months.

We can also place you on a bi-monthly or monthly subscription for a reduced rate until you are ready to continue your plan. 

Subscriptions may be purchased post-plan if you would like to continue into maintenance with additional support. 

can I do this even if i don't want to lose weight?

Absolutely. I take this into account when creating your plan and when specifying quantities. Following Metabolic Balance is an excellent way to learn the right foods for you and to generally improve your health and fitness. AND your general well-being. 

Can I cancel my service / plan?

If for any reason this isn’t the right experience for you, I can apply unused sessions to another service, or refund up to 50% of your paid-in-full plan, minus my out-of-pocket expenses for bloodwork, plan generation and used coaching sessions, if I am notified within the first month.

who cannot PURCHASE these programs?
Pregnant and nursing mothers can not participate in our program. Patients with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency are also excluded from participation. Plans are also not possible for individuals with a BMI of less than 18.
